Why it matters
Your review is a gift to the next family
Most people hire a tree service once every few years, often in a hurry after a storm. They can't judge a crew by watching it work, so they rely on what neighbors say.
Your review answers the questions they're asking: Did they show up when they said? Was the price fair? Did they protect the house and clean up? A real answer from a real neighbor is worth more than anything we could say about ourselves.
For a family-owned business like Mac's, reviews are also how we're found. They help Google show us to people nearby who need us.
What helps most
- Your town: Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Carthage and so on
- The job: a removal, pruning, the crane, a stump, storm damage
- How it went: timing, communication, the crew, the price
- The cleanup: what your yard looked like when we left
- A photo, if you have one: before or after
Just say what really happened, in your own words. Honest reviews, good or not, are what make reviews useful.

How to leave a Google review
Google reviews are the ones most people see first. You'll need a Google account (Gmail works).

Open the review box
Tap this link. Or search Google or Google Maps for Mac's Tree Service Carthage and tap Reviews, then Write a review.

Sign in
If Google asks, sign in with your Google account. Your first name and photo show with the review.

Pick your stars
Tap one to five stars.

Say what happened
A few sentences about the job, your town and the cleanup. Add a photo if you have one.

Tap Post
That's it. It can take a little while to appear.
On Facebook
How to recommend us on Facebook
Facebook calls reviews "recommendations." You'll need to be logged in to Facebook.

Find Reviews
On the page, tap Reviews. On a phone it may be under More.

Answer the question
Facebook asks "Do you recommend Mac's Tree Service?" Tap Yes or No.

Add a few words
Say what we did and how it went. Add a photo if you'd like.

Check who can see it
Set the audience to Public so neighbors who aren't your friends can read it, then tap Post.
